2011 Project GO Leadership Conference: Registration

The 3rd National Project GO Leadership Conference is hosted by the Georgia Institute of Technology, November 8 -- 10, in ATLANTA, GEORGIA.

Hotel and Meal Information

Project GO is covering travel, room, and board for participants directly affiliated with one of the 18 grant recipient institutions (including their local ROTC cadre).

Who should arrange your hotel?

Georgia Tech will make hotel reservations only for participants directly affiliated with a Project GO institution. This includes the ROTC units of Project GO schools. Such participants should choose OPTION A below.

Others must make their own arrangements and should chose OPTION B or OPTION C below.

OPTION A: Georgia Tech handles your hotel

Conference programming ends in the early afternoon on Thursday, Nov 10. Project GO will fund hotel stays for night of Nov 10 for participants whose travel time is greater than 3 hrs.

OPTIONS B & C: Arrange your own hotel

The conference will be held at the Georgian Terrace Hotel. Use this reservation link to get the Project GO conference rate.

General Information

1) Project GO will provide meals free of charge for all participants. Participants may not claim per diem for meals served during the conference.
